Technical analysis doesn't work reliably, to value investors it is synonymous with speculation.
The quote is attributed by Benjamin Graham to J.P. Morgan - when asked what the market will do in the short term he replied "it will fluctuate".
There's soon doubt as to the attribution though.

While it may seem trite it is in fact fantastic advice. A gentle rebuke for asking a silly question?
I never know what the stock price will do next and as I don't believe there is a method yet discovered to know I don't worry about it. It doesn't matter to me.
In this case I got lucky and bought at 53c I had no idea where the shareprice was going and I still don't but I suspect the business is still worth a good bit more than today's price.
I am in no hurry and can wait until more facts about the business reveal themselves through financial reporting to market. Not worrying about technical analysis is part of what makes me an investor.
