Looks like they are predicting a "decision" ( almost certainly a settlement really) in 2018. If this happens we could see a conversion from WIP to cash of around 40m a bit sooner than expected, which is good news of course.

By the way, has anyone heard anything about the class action against SHJ? Is it even going ahead?

In addition, class actions and individual personal injury cases or claims have been commenced in various countries outside of the United States, including claims and cases in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Belgium, and class actions in Israel, Australia and Canada, seeking damages for alleged injury resulting from Ethicon's pelvic mesh devices. In Australia, a trial of class action issues has been completed and a decision is expected in 2018. The Company has established accruals with respect to product liability litigation associated with Ethicon's pelvic mesh products.
