Wallis-Mance owned 117,000,000 shares. I couldn't understand why they sold 32,054,790 shares - a rather strange number.
In hindsight selling this number was just enough to ensure Wallis-Mance was no longer a Substantial Holder. They are now free to sell shares on-market, without having to report their sales.
I've seen this happen a few times, and each time it was a prelude to the holder eventually selling all of their shares, albeit in controlled batches.
The quarterly should give the SP a boost, but nobody should be surprised if the rise gets sold into.
If we're lucky, there might still be a few cheapies becoming available to us.
