I feel the placement for Lepu is best outcome for the company. They received 0.82 per share.
If Lepu bought 5% from the seller @ around mid 60c each, what will stop them from buying the full 15% at a cheaper price.
If the company know about the sell out, that is even a better move, think about it, the guy who want out sold at below 70, on the other hand, the company sold at 80c almost 20% premium. Who has the upper hand here and got to keep the money?
The company is in the business of taking their discovery to market not a broker business.
If we raised enough and take it to market on our own, it would be amazing and ultra rewarding.
