Annual report states Kronos was holding 4.99% of APG's issued shares at 12 September 2017:

Notice given today relates to the same number of shares - so no buying or selling of APG shares by Kronos between March 2017 and 12 September 2017.

Of interest, perhaps, a further notice will be required from Kronos should there be a further placement of APG shares in coming months to professional investors (which dilutes their interest in APG).
