Agreed, it smells like a take over is in the wings. If the share price was at $1.20 and an offer of $2.00 made, I think most small shareholders would reject the offer out of hand. If an offer of $2.00 is made when the share price is $0.60, I think everyone would jump on it and be overjoyed. I have a strong sense that retail shareholders are being manipulated right now, an anchor point of $0.60 is a great starting point for any take over offer.
