I became interested because SBM added more and more at higher and higher prices. Further, they are a gold miner not a fund manager. Once get to 20% they cannot add any more than what happen after that? Just interesting to see and find out. If it is just a fund manager buying more and more, I won't even talk about.
I doubt anyone can refuse a very successful miner who can build mines from nothing to billion dollar company a board seat. Beside they can get holders to vote in AGM.
Yes, of course I wish PEX continue build itself up to even one billion dollar company rather than get take over especially too cheaply (eg 80c).
