OMG! That's probably just as bad as Murdoch. Look what happen to Nexus Energy (NXS), go and read up on that one on HC. I wasn't a holder of NXS.

Summary: put your former director in, ran to the ground, launched a massive discount to last traded price T/O or place in Voluntary Admin and holders get nothing, than buy it at fire sale auction.

I don't watch channels 7 (Stokes) or 10 (Murdoch), only SBS, ABC and may be 9. Now Channel 10 with CBS should start to improve.

Anyway, I'm very happy with SBM. They are a great company who can take PEX into a mining company regardless of takeover or not. SBM knows how to manage mines, while we are only proven to be top explorer at this stage. If all script bid, I'm more than happy to stay with SBM for long term.
