2 million options exercise at 78c, they will need to find a lot of cash to exercise those options. Also another 3 million options exercise at 22c.
If takeover is at 70c, 78c cannot be exercised than what happen to those options?
If takeover at 90c, directors haven't got cash to exercise those options than what to do?
