Who bought his shares? Could that be SBM, which only add 0.5% (less than 1%) not enough to issue change holding statement.
"No CGT discount there". False, tax office is based on last share in, first share out. He added 1 million shares, he sold 1 million of his old shares (several years ago, he got those), so CGT discount.
I'm a bit puzzled, if SBM is happy to buy more at 50-52c than could be something big. However, Rob sold 1 million shares, may be he needs for something (eg exercise more his options).
