I spoke with Ian Bamborough at the Peel AGM and he’s fired up as the Saturn M.D.
The IPO is sponsored by brokers Patersons, Bell Potter and Dolphin, so I’m sure it’s on track to float new year.
If St Barbara were the buyer of RCF’s big block today then they’d be holding circa 19% of Peel and at that stage not obliged to make a statement of interest in takeover terms.
I’d suggest the Saturn float will be sorted in the best interests of all associated and Apollo really deserves best strong attention especially considering it was the original flagship project when Peel floated...how things change when least expected.
