I agree with Chand. The direction it takes will be very dependant on the drilling results.
Good drilling results will cause the price to surge. No one is going to accept a takeover from any entity until they have a good idea what lay beneath that ground at Southern Nights. That will prevent this from being taken over unless there is a big premium IMO
