Look at large holders, most of them will benefit greatly if SBM launch a script bid. As my previous old posts, SBM pays dividends and Josh and others (PEX board members) can still invest in the same assets and work on the same projects with dividends each year on top of their salaries.
If we have another large mining company (eg FMG or Hancock) in our top 10 than they might say no.
