Just over 4 million shares - I am not sure whether they wanted to sell all of them only 2.7 million was disclosed but he is no longer a director and now under 5% so doesn't have to disclose.

I don't think there is price weakness just up to 4 million to sell.

I took some more last week @26c and am looking to make space for a few more. I don't know what the panic is about he has been there what 12 years and since 2008 the share price seems to have gone from $4.00 plus to 26cents. So I cannot see what all the panic is about. I only bought in last year when Garry Crole took a seat on the board and I had invested in DVA and that was a winner. He focused the group and helped them get their act together. I see some good things happening here.

Where can anyone show me that his director is critical to the pathway forward. The share went from early 20's into 30's and then purchased Interprac @30c per share and they are taking shares. I am not unhappy with a buying opportunity.

And before anyone asks no I have no connection to Interprac. I did like the business which I was exposed to by a Chartered accountant.
