All told, there is only one way for this company as far as i can tell in the long run. i have developed a consistent model calculating intrinsic value which has thus far been consistently accurate aided by the situation of low/stable yields (10 yr yield%). Relative to other stocks (price/Intrinsic), AHX is way cheap. It has been deeply beaten up and going by recent positive releases i have reasons to be optimistic of an upward trajectory. I would not worry Bell Direct, sometimes they tend to be way off. It won't be too long before we hit at least a $ 1.25 once the work done is price in.
