That is the substantial shareholder, Arbiter Partners Capital Management Fund - $US775mil NY Fund. They were a bit late with their bids today - but have picked up two lots of 80k today at 34.25c plus have their third bid at 34c for 80k.
It seems the tail-end of Paradice's holding is being slowly unwound into the market at 34.25c today - they seem to be in no hurry to finish but at least aren't dumping them as they've already cleared the bulk of the holding last week.
