smart move by SM to raise 1.2m without asking existing shareholders.
Would be pretty hard I would imagine to get that sort of money from existing shareholders in the present climate. Now that we have CASH in the bank we can go hunting, if we catch something we all win.
Regarding dilution, I don't think its necessary at this stage IMO.............however if we go hunting and catch nothing, it could come in to play.
Personally, I am hanging in for the long haul, it could be a good xmas
