Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder, page-2

Interesting, approx. 14.5% of the company has changed hands in an off market transaction. There must be a new substantial holder due to report.
In the same week Directors have bought another 2% on market. Michael Ruane increased his holding from 11.02% to 12.76% an increase of 1.74%, while Anthony McIntosh increased his holding to 2.45%
Directors holding is always good news. Directors increasing their holding is very good news imo.
