Just to explain it for people like yin et. al. - the recent issue of shares has decreased MW's percentage holding (NOT his actual shares) to the point where his holding is no longer considered "substantial".
This is exactly what was foreseen by those who know how this crew operates. There is no way they will stand by idly and let MW get hold of 50.1% of the votes. As Andy has noted previously, it wouldn't surprise to see them put the company into administration in preference to being ousted. I suspect that this penny will drop with MW shortly also.
