Interesting AMP showed a willingness to ditch 1.5m or so in the low 30s last week but retain 7m.
Suddenly this week the volume has evaporated and the stock is up 20% to 30% from the lows after the atrociously timed announcement.
Something like 12m shares (9%) have traded since 22/12 so some very brave buyers seems to have made a quick and tidy profit over the break.
