perhaps Pala have an inkling of possible corporate activity by Dinghy or any number of potential stakeholders within next 12months and want to cover themselves with this "warranty" of 50%... does that not hint already that they feel 34c is possibly too cheap? This covers them if there is a takeover, and yes, harlequin happy to pay it.

So as the Motley Fool says, why r we selling at 24.5c, let alone 23c yesterday, O' Foolish readers? ;)
