Quick peek...they bought $1.2m 15 Aug 0.39-0.42, sold same amount on 16th and 17th Aug, so the secodn sale brought them out of % for substantial holder to 4.6% or so. Why they'd day trade like that is open to speculation; would be a neat trick for someone wanting to get in heavily (taking small loss on the day trade but big profit on the second trade. They got in sub .10 for most of their 5.18%.
Or else they are just cashing 400% profits on portion of the investment.
