re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder f... I'm not certain how else they would fund the roll-up if not by issuing more shares? With a business model like this you can have growth, or zero dilution, but not both.

I'm not certain 85c is that hard a nut to crack. One good announcement will take us straight to the 90's, but as we all know I'd much prefer to sit in the 70's for the rest of the year.
