re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder f... Someone correct me if I'm totally wrong here but UBS had 181,527,215 shares at the close of trade on the 13th (substantial holding notice from the 18th) and 5% holding in SDL is 152,478,851 shares so to cease to be a substantial holder on the 18th(today's notice) they sold at least 29,048,364 shares on the trading days of the 16th, 17th and 18th but from what I can see only 33,470,580 shares were traded across those days. Is this just shorting activity to make a profit or are they artificially keeping the share price low because they are doing all of the selling.
