    4.68% is a really good funding facility rate, you normally can't get that rate usually for a M&A in DOW's type of business. DOW might be able to issue a special divi if the contracts (as below) come off. All IMHO but pls DYOR. NAB seems to be doing a good Australian business banking piece, hopefully more profitable than ANZ.

    I also notice NAB has disclosed that they have sold down their DOW stake as they close the structuring transaction so the overhang of sellers on the stock including NAB will stop. The reason for the overhang of sellers previously did not make any sense to me from a newsflow, prospects and results perspective. Now for the $5 mark to be breached, it may go down a little due to the Monday ASX tantrum from the S&P negative 142bp closing tick but good time to buy as Tenix, the mine contracts, QLD rail and FMG contract all get considered and start making that $3 billion market cap a reality. All IMHO but pls DYOR.
