So MVT reduced their INA holding according to this notice by about $4 mill worth and holds under 5%. Looking at major shareholders in INA they have about $12 mill or around 25-30% of the MVT portfolio in INA now.
they used to own about 7% of INA and about 60% of the portfolio in INA. About $25 mill worth.
however I never saw any other substantial shareholder notices of them reducing.
Can anyone reconcile this a bit better than me ?!
