If one believes the sp will increase after the release of the DFS then I guess everyone would be rich  
Investing stocks is not a straight forward game. 
Ask yourself questions of why you want/do not want to invest in LPI. 
if the negatives are overweight the positives then sell.
No point to complain constantly.  If you are a holder,  then try to post some positive articles etc to help new investors understand this company.
