Not sure on that, we'll need to see the same notice from MUFG tomorrow I think...
From memory, previously MS provided 'notice', then MUFG provided 'notice', so unless the MUFG 'arm' continues to HOLD via a subsidiary, we should see the MUFG notice tomorrow if they've 'cleansed' themselves...
