I don't think the way, you are thinking about EGS. EGS managements are smart and not going to sell their shares in $IRC lower than 17c. This sold backed to few months ago not recently.

EGS broker data from last year shows that Hartleys accumulated shares in EGS aggressively.  



Hartleys also very interested to invest in $IRC neighbours like $FAU, where I invested hugely. It is better to see bigger picture.
