During 27th of July, there is only sell and buy by Hartleys for disposing 50K shares as bellow not disposing 1M shares. Because buy and sell were traded only by Hartleys.

if we just consider that Hartley finds another buyer to do Off-Market trade. we should see NXXT conditions, which we haven't seen it.

and could you please tell me how much is the value of selling M1.050 shares? (yes $178500 not $170390)
