Before there were 1217 mill shares, soon there will be 1685 mill shares, and you say this is not dilution! I have prospestus, i wont subscribe but i will buy back in at around the $2.00 mark, its true diluted value (taking into a fall in market , ex divi, from $4.14). Do some research Boris!
