re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder f... Boris, dilution of company will be by above 38%, you obviously are foolish for not understanding the massive Rights Issue! Before there were 1217 mill shares, soon there will be 1685 mill shares, and you say this is not dilution! I have prospestus, i wont subscribe but i will buy back in at around the $2.00 mark, its true diluted value (taking into a fall in market , ex divi, from $4.14). Do some research Boris!
