Zac, Are you taking into account the acquisition of Dyna Noble in your calculations?
I believe the raising is too pay the debt associated with that purchase.
So, if we have limited debt, more shares but a BIGGER asset base then the SP would reflect the dilution but not to the extent you mention. The Dyna Noble revenue was not inlcuded in the last results (maybe a month)?
If it does get there it will be VERY JUICY indeed.
