The original transaction which started it all ie. the loan to SXX happened 5 or 6 years ago. 7 months ago, AOK accepted SXX shares as repayment for the loan. And yesterday, they sold the shares at a loss. As the transaction did not require shareholder approval, there was nothing anyone could have done accept perhaps to report the transaction to ASIC. However, being a shareholder, that would be like shooting oneself in the foot unfortunately.
