Agree the transaction appears very dodgy but easier said than done. The transaction happened 5 or 6 years ago and i've only been a shareholder for less than a year. Can't do anything about it now.
In the scheme of things though, if AOK's horizontal well results turn out as well as what Range Resources (our neighbours) have been getting when we commence drilling, then that transaction will be very insignificant and immaterial IMO.
Time will tell.
