You seem to know a lot about this transaction. If I'm not mistaken, it happened quite a long time ago. Did you used to hold AOK shares?
I agree the transaction is a disgrace and I am very surprised the auditors didn't pick up on it. Nevertheless, the director that most likely initiated the transaction has already left the company.
On a separate topic, does anyone know of any other JVs that have occured recently in the Mississippi Lime between a large company and a smaller company such as Austex? Curious what the effect of the JV was on the share price. I know there was a JV recently between Sandridge and Repsol but they are both big companies.
