If you look at this announcements details you will notice that the call options Hanlong had for expiry at the end of the year are what make this announcement significant. Value $87m and we knew Hanlong couldn't renegotiate this holding as we were told about it last year when they decided to loan them a few million Zimbabwian $'s. the rest is just playing around with loans of shares as they have to be transparent for their holdings!
