re: Ann: Ceasing to be a substantial holder b... bleach88 is correct, DB & UBS holdings go up and down like a yoyo. I gave up trying to read anything into these announcements after about the 5th time it happened because they mean nothing at all. Watch for another substantial holder announcement in a few days, then a few days after that there will be another ceasing to be a substantial holder announcement.
