Make no mistake, throughout the course of 2013 and 2014 the then board members, and the current CEO, CMO, CFO and VP Reg were all told multiple times by multiple internal and external clinical and regulatory experts, including the previous CEO, clinical and regulatory staff members, regulatory, CRO and statistician consultants, BSI and the FDA that it was IMPOSSIBLE to make any scientifically or statistically relevant conclusions on the safety and efficacy of the OncoSil device without performing a randomised controlled clinical investigation with a sample size in the region of 300 plus participants.
Extensive documentation exists to prove all of this.

The result? Let's just say none of those individuals or groups were treated any differently to the Long Tail and none of them have worked at Oncosil since 2014.

Misled? Absolutely yes.
Deliberate? Absolutely yes.
Do Board, CEO, CMO, VP Reg believe in the product? Absolutely no.
