Somewhere along the way there were attempts to resolve this amicably out of court is my understanding of this situation.
Now it has gone the Supreme Court as a test case but at whose bidding or main instigation remains to be seen.
With lawyers involved I see nothing but dollar signs flying everywhere but information in the latest newsletter indicates (TO ME IMHO) that ongoing fees have been accounted for and provision for a negative outcome against Cellmid has been set aside.
You may get a judgement by 2021 if at all.
Glad to be proven wrong though as the company doesn't need this hanging about like the results of a masterful case of flatulence.
