yes if u compare last year and this years annual report it looks like that to me. thats why i reckon they said operating cash flow normalised is 14 mill cause they didnt pay the 4 mill in taxes. n deffered it or were excused till year end not sure with that. big indicator though is the 44 mill payables on now 20 mill they got rid of most of it this half year.
