Spec market has been too badly burned with these kind of announcements ~ MOU's and strategic partnerships and the like. Not saying it's bad announcement at all. Of course, it is a small step forward. Just, don't expect this kind of announcement to trigger the countdown. Revenue deals of course, or even a big international name or 2, by contrast, and then whoosh~! All systems go. Maccas anyone?
