To be honest, I would be careful about getting excited about this deal. However, I like the fact that CT1 are trying and trying. It means they are looking for a way to make this go off.
Someone mentioned channel... the product so far has proven to sell directly and has not yet become a good channel product from what I can see. Dell did business this way for many years around the world and was successful. So did Kaspersky. To win in the channel you need to convince resellers/distributors that they can make money out of this and I don't think they are convinced at this stage.
