I hope everyone is voting against the increased remuneration. earnings per share have fallen from 0.75 to 0.50 and the share price has tanked an equivalent amount. Pay should be linked to how much a company is making or maybe the share price performance. They don't deserve a pay increase. If anything, they should have a pay decrease until eps reaches 0.75 again.
