.......personally i think the big four banks are too expensive atm and the second tier have more options for cap growth...i hold most of the banks but have for a while so my cost price better than offered now.
their are dedicated threads for the banks so read all ya can there. good luck matey.hth

sorry i should have said ,good post John McGee and i agree with you.. fingers crossed it holds.....

but my buy in for ccl is lower than present cost so i have wee bit of room.
and another thing qttheone,divys arent the be and end all of it..things like bki and mlt and a few others in the sol group have average divvy payouts but excellent cap growth IMO, find a solid company and wait for a pullback by mr market.......
