Okay so on point 2) that means they won't be able to sell Uganic in China for at least like 2-years. And since they aren't producing the conventional cow formula that the SMRA application relates to they won't be selling in China for at least that long. Assume SMRA comes through by June (at best) then how long will it take to get that changed to organic status with different formulation.... ages.... essentially a new application in terms of time taken.

Still doesn't answer the question of why BAL, BUB, JAT and the like can all sell their formula via CBEC but WHA can't.... they are blaming the SMRA application for everything which is clearly not reality. The plain truth is that they can't sell their formula which they still are able to do via CBEC.
