The plant that will be built will NOT be built in a day or a week or a month. But it is a natural progression of Organic Production that is going to be WHA's secret weapon. This is a JV remember. As such they have a say in what is given to others to sell.
I expect they will have to kick in a % of the cost of building the plant.
Good thing they have a few million in the bank.
Meantime....looking forward should keep the SP reasonably strong. I don't see 89cts again...but you never know. Geographic economics play a big role in all exports.
