Neo, there will still be an issue with artisanal mining anywhere in sub-Saharan Africa. The poor hungry folk flock to mines from all over the continent, to work for sustenance.
In a few years - if and when the mines are operating, Namibia will be a hot-bed of child labour exploitation, just like the DRC. It is just an artifact of generational poverty, and is unavoidable. Any endeavour in sub-Saharan Africa should be treated with extreme caution.
