One of the points that did strike me as being very useful in these
resurgent Afro-nationalistic times, is that the shares conditional on a JORC will be going to local African
Namibian nationals via the shareholding in KDE. At least that is the intention as I see it.
This has got to be advantageous to CAZ in dealing equitably with the local interest groups.
Namibia is a big tourist country and the areas of interest for both CAZ and CLA , as far as I can determine are in relatively pristine countryside!! <(Maybe someone with a knowledge of the area can comment)>
This is a hurdle that I believe CLA have still to jump.
