So the way I read it was they ordered a sub par drill & or contractor that at best could attain targeted depths then allowed them to fail 3 times wasting at least 8weeks & god knows how much cash.Surely they must of seen or knew what size drill rigs our neighbours were using.Its like ordering a crane u have to lift 25t u order a 50t crane or bigger not 1 that can only lift 25t come on guys time is money literally.imo
